Massage is, of course, a big part of what we offer.  The massage sessions are mindfully focused and masterfully administered.  All styles of massage are available.  Swedish, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Tui na, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Energetic Qi Healing or Intuitive healing.

 

Treatments can be done at our studio in Palm Springs or we can travel to your home.

 

We have a team of qualified Enlightened Bodyworkers so couples can take treatments together.

 

Watsu is an amazing adventure in Enlightened Bodywork.  For you, watsu will be an exercise in surrender.  You are completely supported in body temperature water while receiving zen shiatsu massage, yoga-like stretching, and lymphatic drainage massage from the hydrostatic pressure of the warm water surrounding you.

 

Our Watsu practitioners are highly trained in many styles of aquatic bodywork and are masters at supporting the space for deep relaxation.

Energetic Qi Healing (EQH) has been passed down through the generations from the beginning of time.  Lynne has studied with several qigong masters and has become an extremely effective Energetic Healer.  She is able to scan your energetic field to detect and bring balance to subtle energies to promote optimal health.

 

We have had great success with EQH in working with many different conditions.  There are three causes of imbalance in the body:  Environment, Emotions, Genetics (Karma).  EQH addresses all of these factors.
